Situated in Stokesby, Great Yarmouth, The Barn at Woodlands offers a flexible and exclusive approach to your wedding day
The gorgeous big sky backdrop, beautiful gardens and the venue's flexibility are just some of the The Barn at Woodland’s stand-out features. The venue team is small, unique, but totally professional. Corkage isn't charged, so you can bring your own alcohol for your guests free of charge. While the venue isn’t currently licensed for ceremonies, blessings are permitted. Exclusivity can be granted for at least five days, often more.

Best spot for photographs
There are so many, from gorgeous gardens and fields of wheat to romantic old barn doors. There are so many backdrops and the whole place is yours for you and your photographer to discover.
Rachel Fabb is on hand every step of the way to help couples conduct their wedding planning. You are always welcome to pop into the venue at any time to discuss plans. Or keep in contact over phone and email and then on the day there will be someone liaising with your photographer, best man, and the venue's kitchen staff to make sure everything runs perfectly.
The Barn at Woodlands’ in-house catering is delicious, creative and bespoke. Couples can also bring in caterers with specialist vans/food.
A gorgeous bridal suite with roll top bath and up to four additional en suite luxury B&Bs await. The accommodation can sleep nine but possibly up to 14 in 2019.
