Middleton Lodge is situated on the outskirts of Richmond, North Yorkshire and has recently added to its stunning wedding space with the newly restored Kitchen Garden.

Redesigned by landscape designer, Tom Stuart-Smith, the two-acre Grade II listed Kitchen Garden now features a beautiful new wedding setting - The Fig House.

A botanical, rustic space with floor-to-ceiling Georgian doors, The Fig House presents spectacular views, a Boiler House Bar and three Potting Shed bedrooms in a palette of soft and muted tones.

Architect and creative director, Rebecca Allison - who is also the owner of Middleton Lodge, along with her husband, James - designed the space which can accommodate 170 guests while providing an private and intimate feel.

James Allison comments: “We wanted to create a completely different wedding venue to anything in the North, something that truly connects with its surroundings and celebrates the Yorkshire countryside. From holding your ceremony in the Boiler House Lounge, enjoying your relaxed wedding breakfast on large feast tables in The Fig House, and dancing the night away with the Boiler House Bar’s late night licence, the Kitchen Garden is yours to enjoy for the day.”

Fine dining also inspired by the Yorkshire countryside awaits couples and their guests with seasonal catering on offer from the estate's chef team and expert cocktail mixologists.

Available to hire from summer 2018, The Kitchen Garden and Fig House is waiting to be explored. For more information, call 01325 377977 or email info@middletonlodge.co.uk.
