Jenny Packham’s 2018 Bridal Collection, which is inspired by the novel ‘Falling’ by Colin Thubron, was revealed on Friday the 21st April 2017 at New York Bridal Fashion Week. The novel tells the story of a man’s fatal attraction to a courageous circus acrobat named Clara the Swallow, whose exotic beauty and love of freedom has influenced the design of the gowns.

Featuring Jenny’s signature embellishments, the dresses include celestial trailing chiffon, flock tulle ruffles, bonded floral lace, and oversized satin bows. These elements are juxtaposed against the tailored cropped jackets, decorated bodies, and sculptured corsetry, whilst the circus-themed inspiration is apparent in the majestic ostrich feathers, voluminous ballerina skirts, and high-octane scarlet hues.
